Since he left the public office, he made a dedication of his life on analysis of current climatic crisis. He has been an activist of the environment for a long time. Al Gore makes his research and gives an explanation on global warming. He first learnt about global warming back in 1970. According to the documentary, he argues that global warming is a current threat and will be a threat in fifty years to come.Global warming is an intimidation to life on the surface of earth, because it is a catastrophe. Therefore, Al Gore outlines how the atmosphere works. For instance, whenever the sun rises, some of the sun rays settle on earth under the ozone layer to keep it the earth warm. The ratio of carbon II oxide on earth increases and this makes the ozone layer to thicken. Thus, more rays get trapped. As a result, experiences of temp erature change (e.g. heat waves) get determined around the world. In addition, global warming leads to a seriously dangerous problem which leads to melting of the ice. This affects the sea level, weather and melts down of the permafrost due to heat increase.
